Gary began his successful real estate career over a decade ago whilst living in Acapulco and watching the enormous growth of the popular vacation spot for the residents of Mexico City. He relocated to the Riviera Maya to embrace the opportunities of yet another booming area.

Close to 15 years ago, after a successful career in the fitness industry in Norway, Oskar moved to Acapulco to open a World''s Gym. Oskar quickly began investing in real estate and  flourished with the real estate boom of Acapulco. He moved to Quintana Roo 5 years ago to start Investment Properties Mexico. Oskar is fluent in Norwegian, Spanish, English and German.

I was born in the United States and raised in the Northern Part of Mexico in the beautiful Sonoran desert. My passion for human history led me to study Archaeology at the Universidad de Las Americas in Puebla and later on to graduate from the field of Anthropology from The University of Arizona.I love traveling and have lived in various parts of the world; France, all over Mexico, the gorgeous Southwest corner of the U.S and in Montreal, Canada where I finished a Graduate program in Communication Studies. I have been fortunate to see many beautiful things and meet people with many different backgrounds and interests.
This led me to consider settling down here, in lovely Playa del Carmen, my home now for over 4 years. I find that Playa still offers the quietness and safety of a quaint little town sprinkled with the sophistication and cultural richness that an international population brings to this lush tourist destination; furthermore, it is surrounded by the magnificent heritage of the Grand Mayan Civilization.
This spot has been recognized as beautiful and benign by many people; thus, increasingly becoming an ideal location for a safe investment. I am happy to be part of the team of professionals who can help that dream come true for you.
