This is the perfect strategy for investors whose major objective is appreciation or cash flow. These properties are highly attractive to renters and can generate good monthly positive income as well as more significant, long-term appreciation.

3. Appreciation Strategy

The Appreciation Strategy is for investors who are not overly concerned with immediate cash flow and have a major appreciation objective that targets significant growth in value. Investors will hold on to these properties generally for 2-10 years These properties generate the most handsome returns of any of our investment options.
