Celebs lit up the beaches in Cabo San Lucas Mexico all week, proving that this exotic vacation destination has what it takes to attract real star power. Jessica Simpson and her fiancé Eric Johnson joined Ashlee Simpson and boyfriend Vincent Piazza, along with their mom Tina and dad Joe on a family vacation, while Nicole Richie and DJ Samantha Ronson celebrated Richie's 30^th birthday with Juliette Lewis, who was photographed at the Casa Dorado Los Cabo Resort & Spa.

The Simpson clan's visit to Cabo is already sparking even more rumors that Jessica might be expecting her first child with fiancé and former NFL player Johnson. Since July, Simpson has been covering up what appears to be a baby bump, and InTouch magazine is reporting that the starlet is in fact pregnant and craving nacho chips dipped in chocolate. Earlier this year, Simpson said, “I definitely see myself having a family with Eric, so that's exciting to think about,” leaving fans to wonder if the rumors are true.

While in town, Jessica, Eric, Ashlee and Vincent all met up with Nicole Richie, Samantha Ronson and 38-year old actress Juliette Lewis to celebrate Nicole's 30^th birthday, while Ashlee also reportedly used the time to allow her close knit family to get to know Piazza, who is her new love interest after splitting from husband Pete Wentz earlier this year. Jessica and Nicole will star together on NBCs new reality competition, Fashion Star.

Richie's husband Joel Madden threw a huge party for her earlier in the week, so the trip to Cabo was relaxed, with lots of time available for wading in the crystal clear waters and soaking up the fabulous sunshine that always seems to be shining here in Cabo San Lucas real estate. Lewis looked stunning in a barely there blue bikini and appeared to enjoy spending time with the girls before getting back to work on her new NBC series, The Firm, which will air in 2012.
