Toronto, CanadaRealtor Assistant
Hi, and thanks for stopping by today.
My name is Mike Martin and I was born and raised in Toronto Canada. I moved west to Victoria, British Columbia in 1995 to escape the bitter cold Ontario winters. I practiced as a licensed Realtor in BC for many years and did very well in the Victoria market. Then again in January 2011, I moved to the Mexican Caribbean to escape the cold dreary winters and now live with my beautiful wife Alejandra in a fantastic seaside community called Puerto Aventuras about 15 minutes south of Playa del Carmen. The transition was an easy one for us because we had been vacationing in the area every winter for the past several years. We live right on the marina, which is actually the only marina between Cancun and Belize, making Puerto Aventuras our number one choice to call home. Being Canadian the best thing to me about living here is that it never gets cold. I can soak up the warm tropical sun and swim in the amazing multi-coloured turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea every day. And, I have had the awesome pleasure to have had 1 and sometimes 2 sea turtles join me in my morning swim several times.
After some months of being in vacation mode experiencing many of the limitless activities and natural wonders this incredible area has to offer, I wanted to start working again in Real Estate. I chose to join the Investment Properties Mexico team for several reasons. They are the largest and most successful Real Estate firm in all of Latin America and offer their clients a diverse range of professional Real Estate services that are light years ahead of their competition. They work diligently for their clients, always put their best interests at heart first, and truly care. I am very proud to be part of the Investment Properties Mexico team here in the beautiful Mexican Caribbean. I love my great new career and my wonderful new life here in paradise. I get to help great folks just like you make their dreams become a reality, and here at IPM, we do just that every day.
