This rancho or "finca" has a romantic past. The story is that the bulls that fight in Merida's Bullring originally came from this ranch called "Sinkeuel". The owner and his wife lived here raising brave bulls. The wife fell in love with a matador and after her husband's death of natural causes they moved the bulls to a neighboring ranch to appease her children. The ranch has 1200 hectarias shaped like a pie. There is electricity running through the property. Only a transformer is needed to provide electricity. Situated on the original highway between Maxcanu and Celestun. There are numerous aguadas to provide ample water for any venture.
