3-YEAR WARRANTY ON WORKMANSHIP

IPM Development is the only company in Mexico to offer a three year warranty on its development projects. We do however insist upon a bi-annual inspection of the property and any maintenance issue that we find must be fixed either by us or by some other qualified workman.
